#New Annual Return requirements in the BVI from 1 January 2024
The Annual Return consists of a simple balance sheet and profit and loss statement. This financial information is not required to be audited and the Annual Return will remain private and confidential with the Registered Agent of the BVI company, and will not be accessible to the public.

The Annual Return will need to be filed with the Registered Agent within nine months following the end of the financial year to which it relates.
